Error while trying to run project : Unable to start debugging.

After upgrading some components (which in my eyes were totally unrelated to Visual Studio.NET) I suddenly, when hitting F5 to start a debug session I got an error saying

"Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.The debugger is not properly installed. Run setup to install or repair the debugger.".

>From what I heard it happens to people every now and then (always related to upgrading other components or stuff) so therefore I thought I'd publish my solution of it:


"Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\vs7jit" /regserver
"Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\mdm.exe" /regserver

• Previous: Could not transform licenses file 'licenses.licx' into a binary resource
• Next: A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client
